16oz Beer Can Glass - PLEASE READ ITEM DESCRIPTION!!!!!!!

We have received a batch of 16oz Beer Cans with a faulty Sublimation coating on them.

These are perfectly normal, come with a Bamboo Lid and Plastic Straw, they just need the glass cleaning!!  Please note that there is no Sublimation coating on the lid or the straw!  This is just the glass outer that is effected :)

We contacted the supplier to advise of the odd coating on the glasses and they advised that this is where the sublimation coating has been added to the glass and has not had the correct amount of time to set/dry before they were packaged and distributed to us.

When trying to sublimate these, they do not sublimate (obviously), however they did still have the "bubble effect" print residue on the glass.

We then washed these in hot soapy water to see if the coating is removable, this was effective and a clean, as new Beer Can was the result.  I am not going to lie, that when cleaning the coating off the glass this did take some washing.  As soon as the Beer Can came in to contact with water it turned white!  All I did then was soak it for about 5 minutes and then proceeded to wash this in warm soapy water with a none abrasive cloth.

Further to this, we then sent 5 of these to a customer to see what a pain they thought cleaning them would be?!

Terri put these in to the dishwasher on a "Glass Wash" setting and these came out nice and clean.  Terri did advise that on the rim of the glass there was a tiny little bit of residue left over, all she did then was wipe this away with a cloth and they were perfect to add designs too.

So, if you are wanting a Bargain and do not mind a little clean of these first, then please grab them whilst you can!!!

If these arrive damaged due to transport, we will refund these and not replace them - this is due to the nature of stock on the item.  Thank you!
