Custom DTF (Direct to Fabric)

This is printed in-house using an Epson F1080 Printhead DTF Printer. The sizes available are: 
30cm x 25cm

30cm x 50cm

30cm x 100cm

Please feel free to build your gang sheet with our custom gang sheet builder. The process is as pain free as possible. You upload your images with a transparent background, you select the sizes you want them to be, the quality of each image and the quantity of each image and click build. There you will be given a preview which will auto select the gang sheet size you need. You the click add to cart and once purchased it is sent to us for printing. 

In the Gang Sheet builder if you already have built your gang sheet on Canva, you can link your design to the builder and it will automatically upload the design. 

We print all our designs, in-house using our very own UVDTF printer. Our images are of the highest quality, printed with Dual Epson F1080 Printheads.

These are Print on Demand (please refer to the pink banner header on each page of our website that advises the print lead times).  Please note the process of sending us your custom and pressing instructions below.

How to create a custom gang sheet using Canva:

• Open Canva on your mobile or desktop and click "create a design"
• Select custom size at the bottom of the drop down menu
• Set the width to 29cm and the height to the size you will be purchasing, 25cm, 50cm or 100cm,(please note the measurement must be cm)
• Select "Create New Design" 
• Upload your required graphics / images and size them to your required size, (please note sizing will be transferred and the file received will be printed - WE DO NOT MAKE ANY ALTERATIONS TO SIZING, SO THIS IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE YOU RECEIVE YOUR CHOSEN SIZE). 
• Click Share in the top right hand corner of your screen
• Select Download
• File type PNG
• PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU Tick Transparent Background
• Download this and use the file uploader below to upload this to our system
• Once the product is purchased we will receive the file

Important Information:

• Please note all files uploaded must be free from Copyright Infringment and any files found to breach copyright cannot be printed.
• With this being a "Custom Print" service, please note the printing timescales at the banners on the top of our website, advising the timescales in which we are currently on.  If you do have other items within your order, please note that these will all be dispatched together once the Custom Prints have been completed.
• We make sure the process of uploading and receiving your prints is as easy as possible, however if you are struggling with anything, please do not hesitate to message the website and we can talk you through this.
• To ensure that your prints are fulfilled without cancellation or delay, please ensure that uploads are submitted with transparent backgrounds in a PNG format.

Pressing Instructions
- Pre press garment for 10 seconds to iron and remove moisture. 
- Place design on garment in desired location and cover with teflon sheet. 

- Press at 160C for 15 seconds. 
- Once cooled remove carrier sheet. (Please note if removed before cooled you may damage the design).
- Cover the design with teflon sheet. 
- Repress design for a further 10 seconds at 160C.
- Wait 24hrs before washing or stretching. 

Aftercare Instructions
- Always store DTF in a cool and dry place. 

- Wash inside out on a cool 30C wash.

- Do not tumble dry. 
- Always iron inside out.
